8.2. If the Buyer independently chooses a carrier not offered by the Seller, the risk passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to such carrier.

9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

9.1. A Buyer who is a consumer, namely a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to economic or professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the distance agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.

9.2. The withdrawal period is calculated as follows:

9.2.1. when purchasing one item — from the day on which the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, has received the goods;

9.2.2. when ordering several goods delivered separately — from the day on which the last item is received;

9.2.3. when goods are delivered in lots or parts — from the day on which the last lot or part is received;

9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send the Seller a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the agreement before the expiry of the 14-day period.

9.4. The statement may be sent by e-mail to: rolightlv@gmail.com.

Matīsa iela 25, Rīga, LV-1001, Latvia

10.3. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except where the goods do not conform to the agreement or the Seller has agreed in writing to bear such costs.

10.4. When returning chandeliers, lighting fixtures and other lighting devices, the Buyer must ensure proper packaging of the goods to avoid damage during transportation.

10.5. The risk of damage to the goods during return delivery is borne by the Buyer until the goods are handed over to the Seller.

11. Condition of Returned Goods

11.1. Returned goods must be complete, with original packaging, instructions, warranty documents, labels, protective films, mounting elements, decorative parts and other accessories, if they were provided to the Buyer.

11.2. The Buyer has the right to inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a regular store.

11.3. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if the goods have been used more than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

11.4. If the goods have been installed, connected, used, damaged, show signs of installation or use, have missing parts, damaged packaging or other signs affecting their value, the Seller has the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the reduction in the value of the goods.

12. Refund

12.1. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer, including the standard initial delivery costs of the goods, if such costs were paid by the Buyer, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal was received.

12.2. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the Buyer has provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

12.3. If the Buyer selected an initial delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs related to the choice of the more expensive delivery method.

12.4. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the payment, unless the Parties agree otherwise.

12.5. In the case of a bank transfer, the refund shall be made to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

13. When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
