Dining room chandeliers

Dining room chandeliers light the table, the place where meals and long conversations happen. Most are integrated-LED models with an IR remote and adjustable colour temperature; others take E27 or GX53 bulbs, which are not included. Widths run from 34 to 87 cm, in white, black, wood, chrome and gold.

Centre the chandelier over the table and choose its width by the table size: a common rule of thumb is about half to two thirds of the table's width. A long table can take a wider model, a small round one a compact light. Warm light makes food and faces look inviting, and cooler white helps when the table turns into a place for homework or paperwork. With a remote you can change the light without leaving your seat.
